Standard Product for Molecular Ratio Control
Aluminum Fluoride, with chemical formula AlF₃, is one of the most important auxiliary materials in aluminum electrolysis. Its core role is to adjust the molecular ratio of the electrolyte. It keeps the electrolyte in optimal working condition. Adding Aluminum Fluoride lowers the liquidus temperature of the electrolyte. This reduces power consumption. It also improves current efficiency and the purity of the molten aluminum.

Core Applications
Molecular Ratio Control in Electrolysis
This is the main use. Fluoride salts are lost through volatilization and decomposition during electrolysis. Regular additions of Aluminum Fluoride maintain the molecular ratio in the range of 2.2 to 2.8. The right ratio ensures stable cell operation, high current efficiency, and low energy consumption.
Aluminum Alloy Melting
Aluminum Fluoride serves as a covering and refining agent. It removes oxides and non-metallic inclusions from the molten aluminum. This improves alloy quality.

We have a full quality control system from raw material to finished product. Every batch goes through strict testing for fluorine content, moisture, and particle size.
We offer OEM and ODM services. You can customize particle size and packaging. We provide free samples for your electrolysis tests. If you report any quality issues within 15 days of delivery, we will respond promptly.
Supply Capacity
Our monthly production is 1,000 tons of aluminum fluoride. The minimum order quantity is 3 tons. In July 2025, we supplied 3,500 tons of electrolyte to Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. Our transportation is convenient.
