Micronized Potassium Cryolite is an ultra-fine powder form of potassium fluoroaluminate. It is specially made for high-end resin grinding wheels and precision abrasives. The particles are extremely fine. They have high activity and good dispersion. They distribute evenly in the grinding wheel binder. This significantly improves grinding efficiency and workpiece surface quality. Compared to sodium cryolite, potassium cryolite has better wetting and bonding strength at high temperatures.

Application Areas
Resin-Bonded Grinding Wheels and Superabrasives
Micronized Potassium Cryolite is used as an active filler. During grinding, it lowers the temperature in the grinding zone. This prevents workpiece burnout. It also improves the self-sharpening ability and service life of the wheel.
Precision Grinding
In precision grinding, Micronized Potassium Cryolite achieves higher grinding accuracy and lower surface roughness. It is widely used in automotive parts, bearings, cutting tools, and mold manufacturing.
