Application Areas
Shell Mold Making
Cryolite for Casting is mainly used in the shell-making process of investment casting. Adding Cryolite to the face coat material improves the high-temperature performance of the shell. It prevents surface defects like sand sticking and gas porosity.
Metal Mold and Pressure Casting
Cryolite can also be used as a component in mold release agents and lubricants. It reduces friction between the casting and the mold. This extends mold life and improves demolding performance.

Supply Capacity
Our monthly production is 2,000 tons of cryolite. The minimum order quantity is 3 tons. In July 2025, we supplied 3,500 tons of electrolyte to Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum. From 2025 to 2026, we supplied over 2,000 tons of cryolite to Guizhou Xingren Aluminum. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms. Our transportation is convenient and efficient.
