Application Areas
Optical and Architectural Glass Ceramics
Cryolite for Glass Ceramics is mainly used in the production of optical glass ceramics and architectural glass ceramics. Adding Cryolite to the formulation lowers the viscosity of the glass liquid. This speeds up melting and saves energy.
Crystallization Treatment
During the crystallization stage, Cryolite promotes uniform precipitation of β-quartz and β-spodumene solid solutions. This gives the glass ceramic a controlled thermal expansion coefficient and high light transmittance.
Quality Assurance
Our factory has an ultra-fine mill production line and precision testing equipment. We produce high-purity ultra-fine Cryolite powder. Every batch goes through strict testing. We check purity, particle size, and molecular ratio.
We hold an environmental impact report and a pollution discharge permit. We provide free samples for your formulation tests. If you report any quality issues within 15 days of delivery, we will respond promptly.
Supply Capacity
Our monthly production is 2,000 tons of cryolite. The minimum order quantity is 3 tons. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms. Payment terms are flexible and negotiable.
